Please read these terms carefully before using Testwiz. By using the service, you agree to be bound by them.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Testwiz, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Testwiz.
You must be a current or prospective student at a supported Nigerian university.
You are responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts will be removed.

You may not use Testwiz to cheat in any official examination or academic assessment.
You may not attempt to extract, scrape, or redistribute question banks or answer data.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform.
You may not harass other users through the challenge or leaderboard features.
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paystack. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
Auto-renew: if you enable auto-renew, your card will be charged at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Manual billing: if auto-renew is disabled, your plan will expire at the end of the term. You must manually renew to maintain Pro access.
Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if Pro features have not been used. To request a refund, contact support with your payment reference.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice to existing subscribers.

All question content, software, logos, and design on Testwiz are owned by or licensed to Testwiz.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Past examination questions are sourced from publicly available materials. If you believe content infringes a copyright you hold, contact us at support@testwiz.ng.

Testwiz is a study aid and does not guarantee exam results, grades, or admission outcomes.
The platform is provided 'as is'. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Question accuracy is maintained to the best of our ability. Report errors to us and we will correct them promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Testwiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your access to Pro features ends immediately. Unused subscription time is non-refundable unless within the 48-hour refund window.
